The above cups and trophies are the charge of the ESAA cup custodian but where relevant will be presented by the competition secretary at the end of fixtures. Winners may keep their cup or trophy until the following year’s fixture and/or presentation evening. However, all members are reminded that your cup/trophy will be required for cleaning and engraving at some point. Therefore, please ensure you return your cup/trophy promptly when requested.

All fish weighed-in during competitions are automatically entered for consideration for annual specimen trophies. For fish caught outside of competitions we can only work on trust. To be eligible you must accurately weigh, identify and if no witness, photograph your catch and do one of the following;

Ideally you should record your catch in the ‘Trophy Book’ fixed to the notice board at the club house within 2 weeks of the catch.

Or,

Email us details via the club website at info@exmouthsaa.co.uk within 2 weeks of the catch and state clearly that you want your catch recorded.

Or,
